The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and the crowded street promenade full of life on the other side. Sound isolation is excellent as well. Try the rooms at the 4th floor.
In the afternoons the water pressure is very low on the upper floors. Probably this is a case for all other hotels in this part of the town, because everyone is taking a shower in the same period after the beach.

Friendly staff. Room was small. But remarkably clean and comfortable
The bells of the nearby church might wake you up early in the morning - not necessarily a bad thing as you'll have more time for the beach this way

We stayed 6 nights, everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is in the center of Paralia right on the beach. I will certainly stay here again.
Not a single thing except our trip was to short.

The location is great, in the center of Paralia and practically on the beach.Great view.I saw 3 rooms, very different types. One of them (1st floor) had a really small bathroom, but it was ok for a one night stay.Another room at 3'rd floor was great, big bath, nice wood decoration.Both rooms had the same price.So I recommend that you ask for a room ar 3'rd floor.
Small bathroom.

Perfect location (on the seaside and in the center at the same time), friendly and helping staff, very clean and nice smelling, well equipped rooms, a beach bar.
WiFi only on public places, not in the rooms nor on the beach. But I'm not sure if this is a disadvantage, when on a vacation and trying to have some rest of the everyday life :)

Very friendly staff. Excellent location on the beach with great view from the room. Comfortable bed, cosy room, well-light bathroom with separate shower-cabin. Hotel room was cleaned and towels were changed on a daily basis. Wonderful restaurant nearby with delicious food. Other fast-food diners and markets also very close. Had wifi Internet in the room and private parking lot for hotel guests.
As expected from such location (on the beach) it was noisy in the mornings after about 10 am, but quite bearable with closed windows.

The personal is very nice - they try to communicate with the guests both in English and German. The rooms were very clean, everyday cleaning was included. There are MANY shops and restaurants nearby. The furniture and the bathroom were new.
The hotel is in a noisy street - the main street of the resort, but when the balcony door is closed and the AC turned on, the noise from the street disappears and you can sleep well.

The staff was professional and helpful; the room was very clean. I liked the design of the hotel-very modern, and what's best about it is that you need a minute to get to the beach. Location was excellent-the hotel is in the very centre of the town.
Our room was overlooking the street-it was quite noisy in the afternoon and evening, so I suggest taking a room with the seaview ;
